Not guilty pleas have been entered in federal court in Tulsa by a 70-year-old woman charged with fraud in an alleged cancer treatment scam. U.S. Attorney Danny Williams says the pleas were entered Thursday by Antonella Carpenter of Tulsa, operator of Cancer treatment clinics formerly located in Owasso and Broken Arrow.
