Tim Donnelly, the former assemblyman and current conservative radio host in the Inland Empire, filed papers Wednesday to begin reversing the vaccine bill that Gov. Jerry Brown signed a day before. Donnelly’s paperwork , submitted along with a $200 check, moves forward a process of signature-gathering to put a referendum on the November 2016 ballot that could reverse SB 277 .
