“I have macular degeneration and glaucoma, so good for me for that because I have pressure in my eyes,” the comedian told the Daily Beast on Friday at the TriBeCa Film Festival in New York, where Barr’s documentary “Roseanne For President!” — about her 2012 presidential run — made its debut. While marijuana may help ease her symptoms, 62-year-old Barr said her “vision is closing in now.”
