NWH Receives Five-Star Patient Satisfaction Rating

Northern Westchester Hospital is the first and only hospital in New York State to receive the highest five-star rating for patient satisfaction and is one of only 251 hospitals in the United States to deliver this level of patient satisfaction. Northern Westchester Hospital earned the five-star rating from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, who introduced its new five-star “Patient Experience” rating system as part of its HCAHPS survey of hospital patient treatment experience.
