NORWALK >> A 75-year-old Norwalk man is the second person to die of West Nile Virus in Los Angeles County this year. The man’s wife and granddaughter confirmed his death from the mosquito-borne illness; however, Los Angeles County Public Health officials could not be reached late Thursday.
