The spread of measles that began at Disney Parks last month continues to swell among mostly unvaccinated children and individuals, with more than 40 cases now documented across California and even crossing the border into Mexico, state health officials said Friday. The California Department of Public Health updated its statewide case load to 41 on Friday, but there are likely more.
