A child under the age of 10 who resides in Sioux Falls is the latest person to be diagnosed with measles in South Dakota. State health officials have scheduled a free measles vaccination clinic Saturday in Sioux Falls from noon to 4 p.m. at the City Health Department, 521 N. Main Ave. No appointment is needed.
