Jonathan Rhys Meyers says he is on the mend from a “blip” in his recovery, after photos emerged of him downing vodka from a bottle in the middle of a London street, the Mirror repoted. The 37-year-old “Tudors” star, who has spoken publicly about his battles with alcohol addiction in the past, was photographed earlier this month by a London tabloid stumbling out of a store with the bottle.
