South Carolina’s health agency is on the job after learning customers who ate at two Spartanburg County restaurants may have been exposed to the hepatitis A virus. The Department of Health and Environmental Control said it is opening clinics in Greenville and Spartanburg on Sunday to treat to customers visited Hardee’s restaurants in Lyman or Duncan.
