A charity inspired by the death of a GP, who saved her husband’s life only to die from the same disease within days, has announced its first ever awards. They are to fund new research into the killer condition sepsis which took Craig Stobo’s wife Fiona Agnew, and their unborn daughter Isla, while he was recovering from the illness three years ago.
