Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Rodham Clinton on Friday called for more quality child care on college campuses and additional scholarships to help students who are parents as she pitched her plan to reduce higher education costs. Clinton also took swipes at the Republican presidential field for slashing higher education funding and loan programs for low-income students, as well as their opposition to Planned Parenthood and women’s health funding.
