The Canadian Food Inspection Agency has implemented new restrictions after more cases of avian flu were confirmed in California and Idaho. A CFIA statement says it is taking steps to protect Canadian poultry flocks from a highly virulent strain of the bird flu found in California, Idaho, Oregon and Washington.
