Prosecutors have dropped charges against a Utah chiropractor accused of charging people thousands of dollars for a phony weight loss scheme that he said required no exercise. Kunzler’s attorney, Mark Moffat, has said his client adamantly denies the accusations and there was nothing fraudulent about Kunzler’s weight loss program.
